It's all fun and games here in the Buckeye state of Cambridge Ohio. I got here on the 28th and
am leaving on the 31st, New Years Eve. It's been really fun since I've been here. I got to see
all of my Ohio family which is nice. When I am here, I occasionally feel like I would belong
here. I want to, possibly, live in Ohio one day. I am either living out of the country, Ohio, or
the good 'ol Kentucky. Who knows *shrugs*. Anyway, the first day we got here, we went out to eat
with my grandparents at the country club they go to often. We ate and what not and I actually
talked to my brother, a lot, though it was mainly just joking business, we still talked more than
usual. Yesterday, the second day, I ended up going to my aunts barn with her to feed the horses
and play with the chickens and what not. We get there, feed the horses, which I must say, the baby
was very arrogant and ruthless. She picked on the mare and the older horses by flipping there
bowls over and bucking about. Terri easily settled her down and they ate. Before that, however,
we had to feed the bull or we would of been in danger of being butted and stomped on. If I were
to roll up into a ball, I would still not be big enough to fit the size or that bulls head. ha ha.
After we did the feeding, we got to play with the chickens and by play I mean grab them by their
legs. LOL. The chickens would run away and we'd grab them by the legs to get them down to ped.
There was one, however, that you don't grab. One that has never been grabbed before. The little
Quail has never been grabbed, flung, or abused because of it being so nice and easy to deal with.
Well... my dad decided that it wasn't jumping onto his hand fast enough so he graded it by the
legs and pulled it down, ha ha, it was sooo scared! I took it from him and she was shivering and
her heart was beating quite fast. After that we all went back to my grandma's house and played
Apples to Apples about 5 times since we've been here. That game is really fun. Anyway, we
opened presents this morning and I need to update you all on that....
Gifts from Ohio:
1) Rascal Flatts CD "Feels like Today"
2) 2 Picture frames, lip gloss
3) Calligraphy, Calligraphy book, Calligraphy paint and brushes
I am very excited that I can finally start doing calligraphy, like most other things I would like
to start, I never really get the chance or don't follow through. I really want to go into
professional snowboarding. Though I know how to snowboard, I don't know how to go off jumps or
completely go around turns well, but I can go off little ramps and don't fall very often and if
I do it's getting off the ski lift (LOLLLL). I also want to start showing horses, like my cousin
Jamie. She shows horses and is really good at it.
With school and what not I've found it hard to keep a hobby on hand besides drawing. Though now
that I've gotten the calligraphy set and am in the mood, I may possibly try to start some of these.
Snowboarding will probably come first, since I can save up for a board that I almost got a few
years ago. We'll see.
So like I said I am going home tomorrow and I am hoping to spend that time when I get back with
Ryan, Jackie, Ben, and possibly Joe. New Years Eve! woo hoo! Ryan's family has a lot of alcohol
;D)... Just kidding... So if that happens, I may end up spending the night at his house
so that I wont have to drive home with all the drunks and me. He spent the night the night of
the bad snow stormish weather, so I am sure I'll do the same at his house. After that, Saturday
I have church and whatever else, and Sunday we're going snowboarding possibly! Hopefully that is
because I can't snowboard on Tuesday, the next day we would go, because I am going to get my
teeth worked on Monday. Wisdom teeth and some other stuff. Any who, I've written a lot and I think
that is about it for now! I'll update again soon, chow
